Chennai Express Box Office Report :- The Box Office has been set up with a new record opening by Chennai Express starring Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. Not only domestic box office but international also at key Box Office . Everywhere there was rush at ticket counters on the first and second day. This is the first film of King Khan to be hit by paid reviews at box office, thursday night and too with very overwhelming response.

Chennai Express details :- Rohit Shetty is the director of Chennai Express starring Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone as the lead star cast. Gauri Khan has produced this film under her banner, Red Chillies Entertainment, along with Ronnie Screvwala and Siddharth Roy Kapoor while UTV Motion Pictures is the distributor of it. The background music of this film is composed by the duo Vishal-Shekhar. This is the Sixth time when Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are together in a movie after their “Om Shanti Om” which was a superhit in 2007.

Chennai Express Sixth Day Collections :- Chennai Express collected a total of Rs 25 crores (approx) on its Sixth day after breaking all previous records of Box Office Collection by earning Rs 40 crores (first day + paid reviews) and beating Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger and Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots. Now, this movie held a record of highest opening day box office collection.

   Chennai Express with the whooping response on first two days, the film has already got the starting which was needed to be a superhit. Average occupancy of 90% has measured and most shows were houseful. On Thursday, the film collected ₹12.62 crore and continued the similar downward trend on Tuesday with ₹11.50 crore at the domestic box office. However, "Chennai Express" picked up its pace again on Wednesday by collecting ₹12.56 crore, taking the domestic total to ₹137.10 crore.

   If we look at the rising reports of Chennai Express, it seems to create new records by breaking all previous statistics worldwide and can be a serious threat to record holders like 3 idiots, ek tha tiger, YHJD etc. Previously the highest first day earning record was of Ek tha Tiger of Rs 30.11 crores while lifetime collection of Rs 198 crores. 3 Idiots has the highest lifetime box office collection record of Rs 202 crores at domestic  Indian box office. Let’s see Chennai Express will be able to broke these records too or not.

Chennai Express got the expected and hoped opening collecting Rs 32 crores and on Sixth day it collected Rs 25 crores (approx) at the domestic box office. It got benefitted some how by the Eid holiday and Sixth Saturday holidays. The total collection of Chennai Express stand out to be Rs 65 crores (approx). Such a fabulous first week.

Chennai Express not only spread its magic and fabulous earning but it got a really very good response worldwide having a very big opening. This movie has gathered Rs 5.25 crores by paid reviews on thrusday night finishing with the highest opening at box office of UK, UAE etc.

Chennai Express UK Box Office : On the very first day of its opening, i.e., Friday it collected 142,220 pounds from the paid reviews of UK. It also sets a new record by earning 258,598 pounds as never done before by any hindi movie in UK.

USA Box Office : As per the thrusday paid reviews, it collected 260,000$ from its paid reviews only in USA-Canada. The finalized number or the exact income report is to gathered and calculated. Koimoi stated that this film collected Rs 5.25 crores on thrusday and some near about Rs 13 crores on its very first day from overseas box office as per its collection report.
